I will offer solutions to the issues you might have – one example could be your lawn is always wet and mossy which could be due to lack of drainage or light. The answer might be to reduce an overhang of a neighbouring tree, or perhaps a northerly aspect with rocky bedrock beneath would point to getting rid of the lawn altogether and replacing it with shade loving plants.
